Part 10 - HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

10.1 The hospital shall comply with the requirements of 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 4, Part 10, Health Information Management. In addition, the hospital shall comply with the following:

(A) If patients are transferred offsite for medical or surgical services, the circumstances and necessity for such transfer shall be documented in the patient's medical record.
