Section 6 CCR 1011-1-15-1 - STATUTORY AUTHORITY AND APPLICABILITY1.1 The statutory authority for the promulgation of these rules is set forth in Sections 25-1.5-103, 25-1.5-108, and 25-3-100.5, et seq., C.R.S.1.2 A dialysis treatment clinic, as defined herein, shall comply with all applicable federal and state statutes and regulations, including but not limited to, the following: (B)6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 2, General Licensure Standards.
