Part 6 - GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP6.1 The hospital shall have a governing body, administrative officer, and medical staff in conformance with the standards established in 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 4, Part 6, Governance and Leadership. The following requirements shall also apply: (A) The appointed or elected medical staff leader shall have training and expertise in rehabilitation medicine.(B) The qualifications of the medical staff shall meet the needs of the patients in accordance with the scope of services provided by the hospital.6 CCR 1011-1 Chapter 10 Part 6
