Part 4 - GENERAL BUILDING AND FIRE SAFETY PROVISIONS

4.1 Any construction or renovation of a rehabilitation hospital initiated on or after July 1, 2020, shall conform to 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 2, Part 3, General Building and Fire Safety Provisions, including, but not limited to, the following:

(A) The hospital shall comply with the Facility Guidelines Institute standard at 2.2-2.6.2.7 regarding a nurse call system.
