Section 6 CCR 1011-1-3.3 - Standards for Walk-in Services3.3.1 If a BHE provides walk-in services, the standards in this Part 3.3 shall be met at the physical location in which the walk-in services are provided.3.3.2 Walk-in services shall be open to walk-in clients at all times, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, 365 days per year.3.3.3 Each location shall have at least one person trained in basic life support and first aid on-site and on-duty at all times.3.3.4 The BHE shall not provide outpatient treatment services, as provided under Part 3.2, above, at the walk-in service location.3.3.5 The BHE shall ensure each individual seeking walk-in services remains on the physical premises less than twenty-four (24) hours.
