Section 6 CCR 1010-14-15.0 - SWIMMING POOLS15.1Plans and specifications of swimming pools and appurtenant facilities that are hereafter constructed, remodeled, or modified shall be submitted to the Colorado Department of Health for review of sanitary features prior to construction. Swimming pools shall be operated and maintained in accordance with Colorado Department of Health Regulations.
