Section 6 CCR 1007-3-100.5.500 - REVIEW FOR COMPLETENESS(a) The Director shall review for completeness every application for a State RCRA permit. Each application for a State-issued permit, should be reviewed for completeness by the Director within 60 days of its receipt. Upon completing the review, the Director shall notify the applicant in writing whether the application is complete. If the application is incomplete, the Director shall list the information necessary to make the application complete in a notice of deficiency (NOD), which shall be sent promptly to the applicant. The NOD shall specify a date for submitting the necessary information. Information submitted in response to the NOD should be reviewed within 60 days of its submission. The Director shall not begin the processing of a permit until the applicant has fully complied with the application requirements for that permit. The Director shall notify the applicant that the application is complete when he or she determines that the information required by § 100.4 has been submitted. After the application is completed, the Director may request additional information from an applicant but only when necessary to clarify, modify, or supplement previously submitted material.
