Rule 5 CCR 1005-7-14 - [Effective 1/14/2025] Waste Disposal
14.1All Applicable Laws Apply. All waste must be stored, secured, and managed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local, and Tribal statutes, regulations, ordinances, or other requirements, including but not limited to the "Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities" (6 CCR 1007-2, Part 1) and "Regulation No. 100 - Water and Wastewater Facility Operations Certification Requirements" (5 CCR 1003-2).
14.2Liquid Waste. Liquid waste from Natural Medicine Testing Facilities must be disposed of in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and Tribal laws, regulations, rules, and other requirements.
14.3Chemical, Dangerous and Hazardous Waste. Disposal of chemical, dangerous, and hazardous waste must be conducted in a manner consistent with federal, state, local, and Tribal laws, statutes, regulations, rules, and other requirements.
14.4Regulated Natural Medicine Waste. Disposal of Regulated Natural Medicine Waste containing psilocybin or psilocin must be disposed of in accordance with 1 CCR 213-1, 3120 "Waste Disposal".
