Section 5 CCR 1002-84.15 - PROPOSALS TO AUTHORIZE USES(A) The Commission may consider proposals to authorize additional uses that are not listed in Table A of section 84.10 and are not eligible for a variance per section 84.12 on a triennial basis using the following factors: (1) The approximate quantity of potable water that will be saved by implementing the proposed use;(2) Whether, when implemented with the accompanying Implementation Requirements, the use will be protective of public health and the environment;(3) The resources needed by treaters and the division to provide a reasonable assurance of compliance with required Implementation Requirements and other Regulation 84 requirements.(B) The Commission also retains the discretion to consider proposals to authorize additional uses more frequently when potential savings to potable water supplies are so great that action is needed more quickly.41 CR 21, November 10, 2018, effective 11/30/201842 CR 23, December 10, 2019, effective 1/14/202043 CR 17, September 10, 2020, effective 9/30/202045 CR 14, July 25, 2022, effective 8/14/2022
