Section 5 CCR 1002-71.8 - REPORTING(1) The Summit Water Quality Committee shall provide to the Water Quality Control Division any information on water quality monitoring, point source loadings, nonpoint source loadings and the status of nonpoint source control efforts, status of trades approved, model updates, recommendations on any new or proposed expansion of wastewater treatment facilities, and recommendations for improving water quality, as it becomes available.
