U.S. Environmental Protection Agency standards and test methods cited in these regulations are hereby incorporated by reference. The references herein are to the Code of Federal Regulations at 40 CFR Part 503 and are current as of February 8, 2010. Incorporation of this material does not include later amendments to, or editions of, the incorporated material. The Commission will need to adopt revisions to this regulation for conformance with any subsequent changes to the Federal Regulations.
All materials incorporated by reference may be examined at any state publication depository library.
