Section 5 CCR 1002-42.32 - STATEMENT OF BASIS, SPECIFIC STATUTORY AUTHORITY AND PURPOSE; SEPTEMBER 2004 RULEMAKINGThe provisions of sections 25-8-202; 25-8-204; 25-8-402, C.R.S., provide the specific statutory authority for adoption. The Commission also adopted, in compliance with section 24-4-103(4) C.R.S., the following statement of basis and purpose.
BASIS AND PURPOSE
This hearing was held to consider changes recommended in the an Informational Hearing for Regulation 42, Site-Specific Water Quality Classifications and Standards for Ground Water. The only changes that the Commission considered during this hearing were the correction of typographical errors.
