The regulations promulgated by the U.S. EPA listed in Section XIV.A.1., are hereby incorporated by reference by the Commission and made a part of the Colorado Commission regulations. Materials incorporated by reference are those in existence as of the date indicated and do not include later amendments. The material incorporated by reference is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the Commission, located at 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Denver, Colorado 80246-1530. The material incorporated by reference is also available through the United States Government Printing Office, online at www.gpo.gov/fdsys.
