Section 6 CCR 1007-1-5.34 - Records of Personnel MonitoringEach licensee or registrant shall maintain the following exposure records specified in 5.20:
5.34.1 Direct reading dosimeter readings and yearly operability checks required by 5.20.2 and 5.20.3 for 3 years after the record is made;5.34.2 Records of alarming ratemeter calibrations for 3 years after the record is made;5.34.3 Personnel dosimeter results until the Department terminates the license or registration; and5.34.4 Records of estimates of exposures as a result of off-scale personal direct reading dosimeters, or lost or damaged personnel dosimeters, until the Department terminates the license or registration.Colorado Register, Vol 37, No. 14.
