Section 6 CCR 1007-1-4.48 - Records of Waste Disposal4.48.1 Each licensee or registrant shall maintain records of the disposal of licensed or registered materials made pursuant to 4.34, 4.35, 4.36, 4.37, Part 14 of these regulations, and disposal by burial in soil, including burials authorized before December 30, 1985.4.48.2 The licensee or registrant shall retain the records required by 4.48.1 in accordance with 3.15.4 until the Department terminates each pertinent license or registration requiring the record.4.48.3 For radioactive material disposed in accordance with 4.33.1.2, the licensee shall retain a record of each decay in storage disposal for 3 years. The record must include the date of the disposal, the survey instrument used, the background radiation level, the radiation level measured at the surface of each waste container, and the name of the individual who performed the survey.Colorado Register, Vol 37, No. 14.
