Section 6 CCR 1007-1.10 - Violations1.10.1 An injunction or other court order may be obtained prohibiting any violation of any provision of the Act or any regulation or order issued thereunder.1.10.2 Any person who willfully violates any provision of the Act or any regulation or order issued thereunder may be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, may be punished by fine or imprisonment or both, as provided by law.1.10.3 Additionally, any person who violates any provision of the Act or any regulation may be subject to a civil penalty as provided for in Part 13 or these regulations.1.10.4 Submittal of false information shall be sufficient basis for rejecting or revoking any Department license, registration, certification or other acceptance, approval or permit.Colorado Register, Vol 37, No. 14.
