Part 2 - Certification Requirements for Operators and Instructors Performing Evidential Breath Alcohol Testing (EBAT)
- Section 5 CCR 1005-2.1 - Operators seeking initial EBAT certification or EBAT recertification by the department must meet the following criteria:
- Section 5 CCR 1005-2.2 - If the certified EBAT operator fails to meet the EBAT recertification requirements found in this part, the Department will;
- Section 5 CCR 1005-2.3 - Instructors seeking initial EBAT certification or EBAT recertification by the Department must meet the following criteria:
