Section 5 CCR 1005-2-10.2 - Complaints10.2.1 Complaints received by the Department will be investigated to determine if the claim is substantiated or unsubstantiated. Complaints received will be documented and an investigation may include and result in, but is not limited to, the following actions: desk review of documentation requested by the Department from the laboratory, unannounced onsite survey, limitation, suspension, or revocation of the laboratory's certification.41 CR 04, February 25, 2018, effective 3/17/201842 CR 02, January 25, 2019, effective 2/14/2019
