Section 5 CCR 1003-5-1.2 - Incorporation by Reference1. This regulation incorporates by reference (as indicated within) material originally published elsewhere. Such incorporation, however, excludes later amendments to or editions of the referenced material.2. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control Division shall maintain copies of the complete text of the incorporated materials, which shall be available for public inspection during regular business hours, and shall provide certified copies of the materials at cost upon request.
