Section 5 CCR 1003-2-100.18 - RESTRICTED WATER DISTRIBUTION AND WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEMS CERTIFICATESExisting operators of water distribution or wastewater collection systems as of January 30, 2001, whose responsibility includes making process control and/or system integrity decisions about water quality or quantity that may affect the public health or environment, may continue to operate the specific system in which they are currently employed so long as the following requirements are satisfied:
