Section 3.15 - Restrictions on Commissions(1) All Commissions for Warrant Pilot shall contain a restriction prohibiting the holder from performing pilotage services on vessels exceeding the following criteria:(2) A Warrant Pilot Commission is limited to 1500 gross tons.(3) All Warrant Pilots are required to continue to ride vessels in excess of restrictions listed in 995 CMR 3.15(2) during their warrant pilot time as recommended by Pilot Association and approved by the Commissioner.(4) Any two Pilot assignments can be completed with one Branch Pilot and one Warrant Pilot, but the Branch Pilot will be the primary pilot of record.
