Section 1.15 - Posting of Campaign Finance Reports by Local Election Officials

A campaign finance report posted on a municipal web site in accordance with M.G.L. c. 55, § 26 must remain on the municipal website until December 31^st of the sixth year following the date that the statement or report was filed.
