Section 3.01 - General Regulations(1)Authority. 961 CMR 3.00 is established by the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission by authority conferred in M. G. L. c. 10, § 38, for the conduct of the game commonly called Beano or substantially the same game under another name.(2)Use of Proceeds. The entire Net Proceeds of all games of Beano must be devoted to one or more Lawful Purposes as defined in 961 CMR 3.02(7). Failure to comply with 961 CMR 3.01(2) shall result in suspension or revocation of the right to conduct Beano.
