(1) Upon receipt of the notice provided for in 960 CMR 7.07(4), the Chair of the Veterans' Bonus Appeal Board shall promptly issue a Notice of Hearing, via U.S. mail, to the Applicant, or authorized representative. The Notice shall include the date, time, and place of the hearing.(2) Any hearing shall be conducted in accordance with:(a) The Veterans' Bonus Appeal Board's standing order in effect;(b) M.G.L. c. 30A, §§ 1 through 17; and(c)801 CMR 1.02: Informal/Fair Hearing Rules.(3) The decision of the Veterans' Bonus Appeal Board is final.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1509, eff. 11/24/2023.
