Section 12.11 - Information Provided by the Executive Office in Connection with the Referral

Any information provided to the Commission by the Executive Office under M.G.L. c. 118E, § 12A(g),and 101 CMR 801.05(2) shall be considered a disclosure made for the express purpose of carrying out Title XIX of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. § 1396et seq.) and shall only be used by the Commission for the purposes set forth in M.G.L. c. 6D, § 8A.
