Section 2.11 - Severability(1) If any article, section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase, of 810 CMR 2.00 is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, contrary to statute, in excess of the authority of the Board, or otherwise invalid, the remainder of 810 CMR 2.00 shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected thereby.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1345, eff. 8/11/2017.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1428, eff. 10/16/2020.
