Section 9.28 - Abolishment of a Housing, Redevelopment or Other Type of Authority

If an agency or authority is abolished and there is no mechanism for reimbursement of the employer share of premium to the Commission, all Employees insured through the Commission will cease to be eligible for Commission benefits.
