Section 11.14 - CRA Access to CORI for Purposes Other than on Behalf of a Client

Nothing in 803 CMR 11.00 shall limit the ability of a CRA or an iCORI-registered client to access CORI pursuant to any other section of 803 CMR 2.00: Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) including, but not limited to, access as an employer or member of the general public.
