Section 10.04 - Training Requirements(1) Only Gun dealers that have successfully completed the MIRCS training provided by the DCJIS will be granted access to MIRCS.(2) Said training shall be completed within 60 days of notice from the commissioner of the DCJIS.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1333, eff. 2/24/2017.
