It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect, construct, alter, extend, repair, move, remove, demolish, occupy, or change the use or occupancy of any building, structure or equipment, or life safety system regulated by 780 CMR, or cause the same to be done, in conflict with or in violation of any of the provisions of 780 CMR.
