Revise and replace all portions of section R401 as follows:
This chapter applies to residential buildings. Municipalities which have adopted the Stretch Energy Code or the Municipal Opt-in Specialized Stretch energy code, shall use the energy efficiency requirements of 225 CMR and chapter 51 or this chapter as applicable.
