Subsection 3301.1 - Scope

The provisions of this chapter shall govern safety during construction and the protection of adjacent public and private properties. Also see 527 CMR for additional fire prevention requirements during construction.

3301.1.1Add section as follows.

3301.1.1 Except as otherwise provided for in 780 CMR, fire safety during construction and the protection of adjacent public and private properties shall comply with the provisions of 527 CMR 1.00 as enforced by the fire code official.
