It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to erect, construct, alter, extend, repair, move, remove, demolish, occupy or change the use or occupancy of any building, structure, equipment regulated by 780 CMR, or cause the same to be done in conflict with or in violation of any of the provisions of 780 CMR.
