Buildings or structures moved into or within the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth shall comply with the provisions of 780 CMR 34.00: Existing Building Code, provided that any new system shall comply as far as practicable with the requirements for new structures and provided further that the siting and fire separation distance comply with the requirements for new structures.
