We are requiring that on or before the Closing Date the Borrower complete the Borrower questionnaire. Completion of the questionnaire is optional for home sellers. However, Sellers are requested to stress the importance of making this data available to MHMFA.
THIS DOCUMENT, THE MHMFA SELLER'S GUIDE, IS TO BE INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN AGREEMENTS FOR THE PURCHASE BY MHMFA OF LOAN PARTICIPATIONS AND SHALL REQUIRE NO SIGNATURE FOR ITS OPERATION OR EFFECT BETWEEN A SELLER AND MHMFA.
