Section 61.07 - Privacy Act Compliance(1) DHCD is authorized to have access to the data required by 760 CMR 61.00et seq., as such access is consistent with the purposes of the Fair Information Practices Act, M.G.L. c. 66A.(2) Collection and reporting of data, as required by 760 CMR 61.04 and 761 CMR 61.05 respectively, is subject to the requirements of the Fair Information Practices Act, M.G.L. c. 66A, and all other applicable statutes and regulations, and personal data shall not be reported to the public in a manner that does not comply therewith.
