Upon the request of DHCD, and to the extent the use or disclosure is consistent with applicable federal or state law or regulation, MassHealth and DTA may disclose Eligibility Information, including personal data, as defined in M.G.L. c. 66A, § 1, protected health information defined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and 45 CFR 160 and 164, and any other personal information as necessary for DHCD and its contracted regional administering agencies to espeditiously process RAFT or similar rental assistance program applications.
