Section 5.16 - Administration(1) From time to time the Department may develop and issue guidelines and or standard forms to be utilized by the LHA in connection with the provisions of 760 CMR 5.00 and with reports required by the Department. It is the responsibility of each LHA to ensure that it is adhering to the current guidelines and utilizing all current forms.(2) Each LHA with applicable programs shall use the Statewide Online Application System and shall maintain the Department's prescribed online vacancy ledger in accordance with guidelines issued by the Department as they may be amended from time to time. The Statewide Online Application System and online vacancy ledgers shall be considered public information; and, upon request, shall be available for public inspection with all personally identifying information redacted.(3) Any notice to an applicant or tenant, who is known not to speak English, shall bear a notice in commonly spoken foreign languages of the importance that the notice be translated.(4) Board members shall not be involved in LHA decisions on applications for housing.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1394, eff. 6/28/2019.
