Section 23.01 - Introduction(1)General. 740 CMR 23.01 through 23.99, contain the terms and conditions under which Commercial Ground Transportation Services shall be provided at Boston-Logan International Airport.(2)Applicability. 740 CMR 23.01 through 23.99, shall apply to all Operators and Drivers who conduct Commercial Ground Transportation Services at Boston-Logan International Airport, except Operators and Drivers specifically exempted by 740 CMR 23.00.(3)Effective Date. The effective date of 740 CMR 23.00et seq., shall be March 1, 1998.
