Section 9.05 - One-Way and Rotary Traffic(1)One-Way. Upon those highways designated by the Department for one-way traffic, and sign-posted for the same, no driver shall proceed except in the direction indicated by such signs.(2)Rotary Traffic. Within areas specified and posted by the Department for rotary traffic, operators shall proceed only in a rotary counter-clockwise direction, except when otherwise directed by a police officer.
