Section 3.03 - Compensation by Someone Other than the Commonwealth or the Authority; Disclosures and Determinations(1) The Authority may, from time to time as may be necessary to carry out and discharge the official duties of the Authority, utilize Special Authority Employees. A Special Authority Employee shall not be compensated by the Commonwealth or by the Authority, but may receive compensation from someone other than the Commonwealth or the Authority, provided that the source(s) of such compensation is (are) disclosed to the General Manager of the Authority and to the Secretary of Transportation.(2) No Special Authority Employee under 703 CMR 3.00 shall be utilized until appropriate disclosures and determinations, as may be necessary under M.G.L c. 268A, §§ 6, 7, and 23 have been made.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1352, eff. 11/17/2017.
