Section 3.14 - Duty of Compliance(1) No grant of any license, renewal, transfer, or other action or inaction by the Department shall relieve any person from the duty to comply with 700 CMR 3.00 or estop or prevent the Director from enforcing 700 CMR 3.00 in any manner provided by law.(2) Any new sign approved by the Director must be completely erected within one year from date of issuance of the permit or the permit shall become null and void unless a written extension is approved by the Director.(3) A permit which is subject to a tenancy agreement may be revoked if that tenancy is terminated.
