Section 3.12 - Permit Transfer(1) A permit may only be transferred upon the written request of the transferor and transferee. Requests for a permit transfer shall be in writing and signed by the transferor and transferee. No permit shall be transferred without the prior written approval of the Director.(2) The transferor and transferee must be licensees or permittees in good standing in order to effectuate a permit transfer. Any transfer of a permit shall not cure any deficiencies or delinquencies in the transferred permit.(3) The applicant shall pay the required application fee as provided in 700 CMR 3.03(2)(a).
