Section 4.03 - Administration of the Program(1) Each Nutrition Project taking part in the State Funded Nutrition Program will enter into a written agreement with D.E.A.(2) All written agreements shall be on a form approved by D.E.A.(3) If for any reason, D.E.A. is unable to enter into or renew a written agreement with a Nutrition Project, it may contract with another Nutrition Project either directly or through the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) in that local area.
