Section 6.03 - Administrative Procedures and Policies(1) The Board may issue administrative procedures related to the application and review process. This may include but is not limited to application round calendars, application procedures and requirements, application evaluation tools, and MPLCP assurances.(2) Upon recommendation of the Director, the Board may modify or extend the time for compliance with conditions of eligibility, MPLCP requirements and procedures, or other municipal certifications.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1296, eff. 9/25/2015.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1483, eff. 11/25/2022.
