Section 53.03 - Policies and Procedures

Each school committee and board of trustees shall ensure that policies and procedures are in place in public preschool, elementary, and secondary schools and programs under its jurisdiction that meet, at a minimum, the requirements of M.G.L. c. 71, § 37H3/4, M.G.L. c. 76, § 21, and 603 CMR 53.00.
