Section 22.01 - Scope and Purpose

540 CMR 22.00 establishes certain miscellaneous equipment and operation standards in accordance with various provisions of M.G.L. c. 85, § 15, c. 90, §§ 7, 7E, 7H, 31, and M.G.L. c. 111, § 142K.
