Section 16.02 - Specifications for Repair FacilitiesA sufficient repair facility shall include:
(1) an enclosed repair area ten feet longer and five feet wider than the largest vehicle to be repaired, which is maintained in a clean and neat manner and used only for the repair of motor vehicles.(2) those tools and equipment, in proper working order, that are necessary for the adequate repair and maintenance of a motor vehicle.
