Section 2.08 - Disbursement of Funds and Amount of Assistance(1) Financial assistance to an individual applicant shall not exceed 5% of the total amount of the Fund at the time the Board reviews the application.(2) Upon approval of any award, the Board shall make a written request to the Chief Financial Officer of the Department of Public Safety to disburse funds consistent with the vote of the Board.(3) The granting of benefits from the Fund shall be in the reasonable discretion of the Board.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1276, eff. 12/19/2014.
