Under the provisions of St. 1974, c. 58, §2, all orders, rules and regulations duly granted by the Board to Facilitate The Use Of Public Buildings By The Physically Handicapped, which were in force immediately prior to the effective date of St. 1974, c. 58, § shall continue to be in force, and the provisions thereof to be enforced until superseded, revised, rescinded or canceled in accordance with the law by the Architectural Access Board.
